From this panel you can control all kinds of weather and sky properties:

SKY MODE:

You can select the Sky mode from four different options:

• Volumetric Sky: This is the highest quality and most expensive to render. It provides highly detailed self-shadowed clouds.

• 2D: Flat clouds that move

• Static: This is the cheapest to render, stil looks highly detailed and will change colors with time of day changes but without moving clouds.

• Space: If you want to set your level in space then this is a good starting point.
